Our origins

Where Our Story Begins

The story of VESPERON® begins at the far-distant origins of Eastern civilization.

In an age before metal tools had appeared, our ancestors had already begun to work with one of the hardest materials in the world: jade. With extremely limited tools, relying on their hands, time and almost unimaginable patience, they ground, shaped and polished it little by little, ultimately creating the precious works that later generations would call "jade dragons".

A jade dragon was no ordinary piece of jewelry.

In that distant age, creating a finely crafted jade object often required a great deal of time and exceptional skill. Its complexity and rarity naturally placed it beyond the realm of everyday jewelry. It represented the most advanced aesthetic awareness, craftsmanship and spiritual creativity of its time, becoming one of humanity's earliest "luxury accessories".

Yet in the ancient civilizations of the East, the understanding of luxury was never limited to splendor.

Our cultural inspiration

Ancient Spirit, Contemporary Form

The beauty of the jade dragon lies in its form; its true power, however, lies beyond that form.

Our ancestors believed that the precious "jade dragon" could carry the connection between humanity, heaven and earth. Worn on the body, it also embodied protection, prayers, identity and belief. It was both a work of art and a spiritual totem, even regarded as a medium through which people could communicate with heaven, earth and the divine. Thus, for the first time, jewelry acquired a meaning beyond decoration itself: it could accompany an individual and protect a tribe.

VESPERON was born from this.

What we inherit is not the outward form of a particular ancient luxury ornament, but the spirit behind it: reverence for materials, the pursuit of the limits of craftsmanship, a devotion to beauty and humanity's eternal wish to be protected, to be blessed and to connect with a wider world.

Today, VESPERON rewrites this ancient spirit through gold, silver and gemstones, together with contemporary precision craftsmanship. We do not copy the past; we give ancient aesthetics, skills and beliefs a new form in the present.

Across the ages, materials have changed. Tools have changed. Times have changed.

Yet humanity's yearning for beauty, protection and eternity has never changed.

VESPERON. Carrying Forward Ancient Artistry. Shaping Modern Beauty.

From inspiration to expression

Reimagined for Everyday Life

Our design approach moves from cultural observation to contemporary expression. Rather than transferring an ornament unchanged, we consider the quality that makes it compelling: a line in motion, a rhythmic detail or a balance of volume and space.

We then explore how that idea can work at the scale of everyday jewelry. Proportion, texture and structure are considered alongside how a piece sits against the skin, moves with the body and combines with what someone already wears.

The aim is a distinctive piece that remains comfortable and approachable, bringing a historical point of departure into a present-day wardrobe.

Our Enduring Principles

Material

Surface, weight and light give a piece its character. We consider how metal, stone and finish work together, with composition explained for each design.

Form

Clean outlines, balanced proportions and considered open space. A design should have presence without overwhelming the person wearing it.

Craft

The meeting of surfaces, the scale of a setting and the fall of a chain. Details connect visual character with the experience of wearing a piece.

Meaning

Meaning

A gift, a reminder or a personal ritual. The significance of a piece grows through the moments and memories its wearer brings to it.

Our responsibility

Meaning Beyond the Piece

At VESPERON, care goes beyond jewelry. We support education and everyday needs for children facing financial hardship. We also provide clear information about our materials, put thought into our packaging and offer care guidance to help you look after the pieces you treasure.

VESPERON · The Protection Initiative

At VESPERON, we believe the meaning of jewelry should extend beyond adornment and beauty.

From the protection, wishes and blessings embodied by ancient jade dragons to the genuine warmth of human connection today, we hope to carry this timeless spirit of protection further.

That is why VESPERON is continuing to build a long-term charitable initiative:

For every piece of VESPERON jewelry sold, we contribute toward supporting a student in need.

We know that one piece of jewelry cannot change the whole world.
But one piece can be the beginning of an act of kindness;
A purchase can contribute to tangible support;
And countless small, sustained actions can reach further over time.

When you choose VESPERON, you receive more than a piece of jewelry. You join us in passing on beauty, protection and hope.

We welcome more people to become part of this ongoing initiative.

Let beauty be worn, and kindness carry on.

Clarity About Materials

Composition varies by product

Knowing what a piece is made from is part of choosing it well. Across our collection, base metals include glod and 925 sterling silver, with 14K or 18K gold plating on selected designs. Stones include moissanite, cubic zirconia and laboratory-grown ruby.

Each combination has its own appearance and care needs. We believe the distinction between base metal, finish and stone should be clear. If you need help understanding the composition of a piece, please ask before choosing it.

Understanding the finish

Gold plating is a layer of gold applied to a base metal; it does not mean the piece is solid gold. Materials and stones differ between designs. Please check the individual product description for the composition of your chosen piece and follow the care guidance appropriate to its finish.

Packaging, Considered

Made to protect your piece

Packaging has a practical role: to protect a piece and make it a pleasure to receive. Our packaging includes recycled-paper boxes, synthetic PU, ribbon and foam, with different components providing structure, presentation and cushioning.

Our approach to environmental responsibility starts with practical choices, including the use of recycled paper. We also encourage giving packaging a second use: keeping the box for storage or reusing suitable components rather than treating everything as single-use.

Reuse and disposal

Reuse the box where practical. When disposal is necessary, separate paper from ribbon, foam and PU components, and follow local waste guidance. Recycled content and recyclability are different: not every part of the packaging is recyclable or biodegradable.

Care Beyond Purchase

Two-year warranty and repair policy

Care continues after a piece arrives. Silver jewelry comes with a silver polishing cloth. Because metals, stones and plated finishes have different care needs, contact us for guidance specific to your piece before using a cleaning product or polishing treatment.

We offer a two-year warranty and repair policy. If your jewelry needs attention, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We will assess the piece and explain the service options, applicable terms and any costs before you arrange a repair.

Before arranging a repair

Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Coverage, repair options and any applicable costs are subject to the warranty policy and assessment of the piece. Please confirm the arrangements before sending jewelry for repair.
